By ordering, you confirm that you have checked your local and international laws and it is safe to do so and that the responsibility for that decision rests solely upon you.
  • Attitude Smoking Lounge reserves the right to restrict the access to or sale of certain products depending on the delivery country.
  • Attitude Smoking Lounge cannot be held responsible for the actions of persons who purchase its products.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") are applicable to any use of the store on the website www.attitude-smoking-lounge.com (The Website), as well as any services available on the Website and to any and all offers, orders and agreements connected therewith ASL Store (‘The Company’). If you do not agree with these General Terms, you may not order any products on the Website or in any other way use The Website.

General Terms

  • 1. You must be at least 18 years old to order from The Website.
  • 2. You agree that the use of The Website is at your sole risk.
  • 3. You agree that all products, including but not limited to glass tubes, pipes, papers, grinders sold on The Website are intended for collector purposes or for use with legal smoking products or other lawful purposes only. Account and Ordering

  • 7. The Website will require certain information from you if you want to order from The Company. Please read the Privacy Policy for more detailed information.
  • 8. You have to ensure to provide true, accurate, current and complete information about yourself. You are prohibited to create an account using the name of another person or company. You are fully responsible and liable for all activities that occur with your Account. You agree to notify The Company immediately of any unauthorized use of your Account or any other breach of security. The Company cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with these terms.
  • 9. You can checkout as a Guest or you can create an Account on the Website.
  • 10. You can place an order with us in the following ways:
    • Online via our website
    • Over the phone
    • By posting a completed printable order form and payment (cash or UK postal/money order) to:

  • 11. When you place an order, we may ask you for certain information (for example your name, phone number, postal address, email address, card billing name and address). This information will be kept securely and may be used to:
    • - Process your order;
    • - Help fraud prevention i.e. we check card details with our payment system and reserve the right to refuse orders on that basis;
    • - Open and run your account.
  • 12. If you place an order online, you will automatically receive an e-mail to confirm receipt of your order and that the order is being processed. (if ordering over the phone, you can request it on completion of payment).
  • 13. The Company endeavours to process and ship all orders within 3 business days. You will receive an email notifying you of your tracking ID (if ordering over the phone, you can request it on completion of payment). Orders are normally processed between 8.30 am and 4.30 pm Monday – Friday UK time.

Price and Availability

  • 14. The prices on our website include V.A.T.
  • 15. We always try to make sure that all prices on our website are accurate but errors may occur. We will inform you as soon as possible using the contact details you have provided if we discover any error in pricing of the products you have purchased. You will then have an option to cancel the order or reconfirm your order at the correct price. If we were unable to reach you or you did not get back to us in 10 business days we will cancel your order.
  • 16. We try to keep our stock up to date but we cannot guarantee that any particular product will always be available. Should we run out of a product and we can’t complete your order, we will contact you immediately, either by e-mail or by telephone. If you can’t wait for your item to arrive, you can choose an alternative to replace the out of stock product, to the same value or more, (this may require an additional payment over the phone) so your order is shipped immediately and isn’t delayed any further. If there is no other product that you would like to exchange it for we will offer you a refund on the out of stock item.
  • 17. Please make sure all promotional items your order qualifies for are in the shopping cart before checking out. Please contact us if there is any issue.
  • 18. Please be aware that the freebies and / promotional items may change due to stock availability. We will try to keep these the same or as close to the original item as possible, but sometimes this is out of our control. However, we will substitute all.
  • 19. We can remove any promotional item or/and UFO with no given notice.
  • 20. We cannot reserve any stock unless a payment has been made. This includes postal/cash orders too. If you make an order and send payment through the post, we cannot guarantee you will receive the desired items as they may go out of stock by the time the postal/cash order reaches us. We do apologise for any inconvenience caused by this, but we cannot guarantee stock due to volume of orders that are made and unpaid for.

Shipping

  • 21. It is customer’s responsibility to enter the address correctly. Please do not use bogus or false names as your postal service may not recognise it and therefore not deliver your parcel. By ordering, you confirm that your delivery and billing names and addresses are correct.
  • 22. The Company ships worldwide but we ask you to check your local law before ordering as laws differ from country to country and state to state. By ordering, you are confirming that you are ok to do so.
  • 23. In the event of you not receiving your parcel please get in touch with our customer service via email or telephone immediately. Please allow 10 business days for the delivery within the UK and 21 business days for an international delivery.
  • 24. If your parcel is confirmed as delivered, however you claim to have not received it, in this case you must take this up with the mail service including your mail person to obtain further information where the parcel was delivered to at your property.
  • 25. If the parcel has been deemed as “undeliverable as addressed/unable to forward/unlaimed/moved” with the mail services we will have to wait for the parcel to be returned to us. If and when it gets back to us we will contact you via email (if email address has not been provided we will call the phone number you have given). The postage cost has to be paid if you want us to reship the returned to us parcel. If you want a refund on the returned item please note the shipping fee is non-refundable.
  • 26. We cannot be held responsible if the parcel is not returned back to us.

Payment Methods

  • 27. Debit/credit/prepaid cards: The Company accepts all major credit/debit cards online or over the phone. Our online sales are 3D Secure, 256 bit encrypted and hacker safe making it a very safe place to enter your details. All phone order payments are put through a secure VSP terminal online and once the payment goes through, we do not hold any records of customer’s credit/debit card details and all other customer’s information remains highly confidential.
  • 28. You must make sure to provide us with the correct billing address when placing an order. If you are purchasing from outside the UK you might also need to call the card company to register the card and tell them you are purchasing overseas so they can activate it for international use. Your card issuer might decline the payment if it is not activated for international use.
  • 29. Telephone orders: If you are placing a phone order we will only be able to talk to the owner of the card when taking the details for payment. This is purely for protection of the card owner and to prevent fraudulent transactions. We will also have to ship the parcel to the card billing address.
  • 30. Cash orders: If you do not wish to process a transaction online or over the phone, you can download a printable order form from our website which is very easy to complete. Alternatively you can place an order online and you will be given an order number to include with the payment.
    Within UK – you can purchase a money/postal order from within the United Kingdom and post it to us with the completed order form and/or your order number. The postal orders from within the United Kingdom can be purchased from the UK post office. These must be made payable to ‘ASL Store’. (If made out to any other name, the postal/money order may be destroyed and result in your order not being processed). The personal cheques have to be held for 10 business days before we ship the order. Please remember to include delivery costs as it can hold up your shipment.
    International orders - we do not accept international money/postal orders we do however accept cash (GBP, USD, AUD, CAD, EUR and others).
  • 31. There are no extra charges on The Company side, only the order grand total in GBP. Any further charges incurred will be a bank currency conversion fee that your bank will charge you to exchange this into your domestic currency.
  • 32. The Company reserve the right to cancel any order made that we believe to be fraudulent. Please ensure you provide us with the correct card billing address and contact details in the event we will need to contact you for this reason.
  • 33. The Company does not store card details.

Price Match Policy

  • 34. With The price match, the order must be placed over the phone and you will need to give us the link to the website where the other price is. We will match this for you if the product is in stock on the other website and they must ship to your country, and please note we will not be giving away any freebies or the discount code if you do decide to price match with us.

Returns and Faulty Items

  • 35. Any unwanted items can be returned within 14 days after the delivery date. To be eligible for a return your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it in, so please take care not to remove any swing tags or brand labeling, original box and keep all packaging. Any free gifts or items that were included with the purchase must also be returned. We advise keeping your goods in their original packaging while you make up your mind, in order to protect them from strong odors and accidental damage. The returned items are the responsibility of the customer until they reach ASL. We will not accept any extra charges for courier services or customs. We accept no responsibility for shipments confiscated by customs.
  • 36. Please pay the return postage and send it back by recorded delivery so you have a proof of postage. Please include the order number and the reason why you are returning it.
  • 37. We will make the refund to the card used to place the order within 20 days or earlier once we have inspected the returned item. The shipping fee is non-refundable.
  • 38. All items are fully inspected before they leave the warehouse, but if you notice a fault with your item on arrival please contact us via email or phone within 48 hours of signing for the parcel. We will replace or fully refund items sent back with a manufactures defect or fault within a reasonable amount of time, but cannot be responsible for general wear and tear, misuse, accidental or deliberate damage. All items will be subject to inspection and may need to be sent back to the manufacturer.
  • 39. If you receive a product from us that has been damaged during transit please contact us via email or phone within 48 hours of signing for the parcel, package or packet. You will need to email us with a clear picture of the damaged product and quote your order number. Once we have received the pictures and examined them we will arrange for a replacement to be sent out to you. You may be required to send the item back to us. We will refund the return postage cost to you.
  • 40. Please keep all packaging that your order arrives in/with in case there is a problem with your shipment. We urge that you do this so we can help rectify the issue.
  • 41. The shipping cost is non-refundable unless you are returning a faulty product, error was made by us or a damaged product was received.
  • 42. Please fully inspect your item before use as items will not be replaced or refunded after use.

Other

  • 43. We will not replace any products/process any claims 3 months after the order date.
  • 44. Should you wish your account to be deleted from our system please contact us via email or telephone.
  • 45. We reserve the right to delete your account from our system with no notice.
