The moisture is constantly flowing in and out of the bag ensuring the optimum level of humidity, and keeping the contents fresher for longer.

TerpLoc™ was created with terpenes in mind. Grove Bags minimise terpene loss by combining humidity control with out-gassing and anti-static film layers to maintain the perfect environment for your goods. All unwanted gasses & water vapour are actively diffused through the film barriers ensuring a mould-free environment perfect to cure and retain the quality of the contents. It also protect the products from weight retention. 

The first layer is durability layer, ensuring that the contents are safe during transit/delivery, while the second layer guarantees it is smell-proof, making it perfect on-the-go. Third layer ensures to create and sustain low oxygen levels and limit the oxidation of terpenes while the oxygen layer protects against weight loss and maintains your product's efficiency. Anti-static layer ensures the terps stay in the product rather than on the packaging. Humidity layer creates the barrier which works with the oxygen layer to maintain humidity control, and finally the Terploc™ UV film layer, combined with opaque packaging, provides excellent protection from harmful UV rays (UV breaks down organic material rapidly, which means that the compounds within the material are degraded, lessened and weakened).

These bags are perfect for storing herbs, fruits and nuts. If curing dry herbs, Grove Bags recommend drying the material for 10-14 days, depending on their structure. The relative humidity level should be between 10-12%. It is also recommended to leave a minimum of 25% of the bag empty, to ensure the optimum efficiency. Once the bag is closed it will do its job and will ensure the internal environment is between 58-62% humidity. 

The bag should be placed in a well-ventilated and cool area below 21 degrees Celcius.

Grove bags can be sealed in the temperature ranging between 230F and 285F, using an impulse sealer, hair straightener or household iron.
